Memory-Related Assessments

Memory and Aging Network (MAN) providers, affiliated with SIU School of Medicine, offer assessments locally to individuals with memory-related symptoms using a standard protocol developed by SIU. CRCC is a local MAN provider in Champaign and Ford counties and is associated with the Center for Healthy Aging at First United Methodist Church in Champaign.

All providers are health professionals, experienced in working with adults and memory-related symptoms, and are committed to provide assessments to those who may not have access to these services or are unable to pay. The assessment is provided at no cost, due to Illinois state funding support. Assessments include an extensive memory evaluation, counseling, referrals for additional services as needed, and information regarding research studies designed to prevent or treat memory disorders.
